Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the only woman to ever win CrossFit Games on two occasions. In 2010, she finished second. Annie Thorisdottir is a Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media celebrity. The popular athlete is the first woman who won the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. She is also known for winning in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was born and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. She enjoyed playing sports and started working out at when she was a young age. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. The performance she showed was impressive in her initial games. Annie Thorisdottir at the time of her 2021 birthday, is age 31. She is 5'7 tall and her weight approximately 67 kilograms. Annie started CrossFit Training in California in the year 2009. She did well on her initial competitions, placing within the top 10. She did not manage to achieve any success in the event and finished her time with an overall score of eleven. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve an overall second place in the CrossFit Games, and a medal of silver in that year. After one year of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance was enough to earn her the title. Annie has an impressive 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to have won both CrossFit Games. Additionally, in 2014 Annie received a Silver medal and most recently in 2021 she won Bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. It was the idea of her. Annie is a rising athlete who has been the face of many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization and the Sidekick Yorbae. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie" which has over 1,000 viewers. The channel is where she shares videos about eating habits, parenting and travel.
